Based in Yuyao, Ningbo, Four Star Lamps operates a 19,000 square meter facility that include a full-scale tool and die department, six assembly lines and two powder coating systems. In-house toolmaking ensures the tightest of tolerances and quickest turnaround time in the industry, whereas its in-house powder coating leaves a durable robust finish that offers superior protection against UVs, corrosion and water penetration. Four Star's design and development team utilizes the latest technology in CAD/CAM engineering to accurately transform clients' ideas from sketchpad to factory prototyping in no days.
