Ledia Lighting designs, develops and manufactures LED strip lights, under cabinet lights and linear light fixtues. Backed by the financial support from Honglitronic, Ledia Lighting owns an independent manufacturing facility that covers a massive floor area of 30,000 square meters. The state-of-the-art facility integrates industrial design, R&D, engineering, manufacturing and testing under one roof, allowing Ledia Lighting to deliver budget friendly, premium quality, durable LED luminaires customized to suit any project with fast development and rapid turn-around. The sophisticated manufaturing infrastructure consists of high speed SMT chip mounters, reflow ovens, strip glue filling machines, automatic aging testing lines, LED sorting machines, powder coating lines laser marking machines, dispensers, and etc.

Ledia Lighting has multiple assembly/production lines that translate into a huge monthly capacity. Integrated by hundreds of imported automatic equipments, including high speed SMT, automatic wielding, and full coverage of waterproof, Ledia Lighting, a professional LED light wholesaler with a large production capacity, owns over 20 production lines, which covers the whole LED strip production process chain, with approximate 1.5 million meters monthly. In addition, the newly invested luminaries production line can meet 10,000pcs production capacity for a month. The extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities delivers unmatched availability for high quality and competitively priced products even under accelerated schedules.

Its products are also rigorously tested through qualified third party providers to meed energy codes and regulatory requirement including CE, ErP, UL, ETL, FCC, SGS, RoHS, TUV, GS, NOM, Inmetro, SASO, DLC, Energy Star, etc.
