Spreading out over 50 acres, Zopoise Technology operates an industry-leading factory complex that is vertically integrated with a full range of manufacturing capabilities. From LED chip packaging, SMT assembly, optics and plastics production, circuit board design and assembly, to high volume lamp and fixture assembly, Zopoise has facilities and a highly trained workforce to manage a project end-to-end. The production process from the manufacturing of the individual chips to the end product is under full control through the ISO 9001, ISO14001, IATF 16949, and OHSAS 18001 certified manufacturing system. Zopoise has made significant investments in its design and engineering capabilities that ensure great product performance and quality. With state-of-the-art equipment and software, Zopoise's in-house team executes visual renderings, thermal simulations, electrical systems design, optical design and integration, and a complete process of product development and engineering.
Zopoise's dedication to excellence is reflected in its fully equipped testing facility which covers a floor area of 2,000 square meters and is installed with testing instruments and equipment at the total expense of 3 million US dollars. All LED product and certification tests, including photometric measurement, electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), environmental and physical test simulation, can be carried in the CNAS accredited Zopoise Testing Center, which is also a UL WTDP and TUV RH （TüV Rheinland）authorized laboratory. The full-blown testing capabilities give Zopoise tremendous advantages in speeding up product development cycle and market certification process.
