The ruggedly constructed landscape lighting system features a sleek yet unobtrusive design. A heavy duty, die cast aluminum housing with an electrostatically applied thermoset polyester powdercoat provides superior thermal management, weatherability and fade resistance. An impact resistant, high transmittance convex glass lens is sealed to the housing by a one-piece silicone gasket. The completely sealed fixture is fully water and dust resistant to IP67 rating. The housing is designed with a beveled opening which is flushed with the self-cleaning convex glass lens to collectively promote water runoff and prevent dirt accumulation. This purposeful design offers a unique advantage in landscape uplighting applications as the ground mount fixtures suffer more water and dirt ingress than other outdoor fixtures, e.g. morning dews, watering, fallen leaves, and soil adherence.
The JRD6 series is designed with a convertible light engine that accommodates either 18 RGB / 36 RGBW or white light LEDs with power input ranging from 30W to 90W. The RGBW lights produce a light output of up to 3022 lumens and the white light LED fixtures offer a maximum output of 7716 lumens. The LED engines are driven by a built-in 525 mA or 700 mA high PF LED driver which is configured to match electrical characteristics of the high power LEDs for maximum electrical/optical conversion efficiency. The driver operates on line voltage (AC 100-277V) with robust protection against overload, open- and short-load conditions as well as overtemperature fault. The high efficacy Cree/Osram LEDs are thermally optimized to deliver dependable performance at high drive currents. Tight color binning of LEDs guarantees the fixture-to-fixture color consistency and uniformity of LED sources. High solder joint reliability ensures low thermal resistance along the thermal path from the LED junction to the metal core circuit board.
Precision engineered optics available in 12°, 25°and 35°beam angles maximize lumen delivery and produce uniform light distribution with minimum glare. Advanced optical design enables vibrant color mixing for the RGBW lighting system. The optical system is designed with deep color-mixing cavities that provides multiple reflections of the light for a palette of attractive pastel or deep colors with no striations or color separation. The 4-channel LED fixture offers almost infinite possibilities of color combinations and delivers rich, saturated color light output as well as higher quality white light than conventional RGB systems. The light assembly has a motorized mechanism that enables the precise aiming of beam for angled uplighting.
JRD6 offers superior controllability that makes it a great choice for modern landscape lighting systems. The LED uplight is Bluetooth controllable via Jingri's mobile app that is free downloadable on the App Store and Google Play. The app allows you to perform tilt controls, adjust the light intensity and fine-tune RGB colors for a single fixture or multiple fixtures. The JRD6 series is also DMX compatible for infinite color choices and light shows in which multiple fixtures operate in unison. The landscape light fixture integrates seamlessly with a wide variety of DMX512 controllers which deliver dynamic effects and light show content to connected fixtures.
