The PVTECH T8 dimmable LED tube lights offer a complete solution to adjusting the intensity of the light output, making it possible to increase the economic efficiency of linear lighting systems and take account of widely differing application scenarios. PVTECH's dimmable LED tube lights with remote drivers are integrated with robust dimming and control functionality. The IP67 rated external LED driver combines all dimming control methodologies into one package, offering excellent compatibility with various dimming interfaces and providing improved end-user configurability. The multi-interface dimming system includes 0-10V dimming that enables direct integration and operation with standard dimmers, resistive (phase control) dimming with a Triac circuit that chops an AC waveform to reduce power to light loads, pulse-width modulation (PWM) dimming which adjusts the width of the conducting pulse of the power switch to provide well-controlled and repeatable dimming, and DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) dimming for fully networked control.

Available in wattages of 50W, 100W, 150W and 200W, these dimmable LED drivers work on a universal voltage input from 100V to 240V with output currents from 950 mA to 3800 mA. The driver offers a full load efficiency of 94% as well as excellent dimming quality with a 3-100% dimming range. A built-in active power factor correction circuit maintains a high PF of up 0.96 over a wide input voltage range. These products operate to specification under wide temperature and electrical ranges thanks to a full set of advanced protection features including overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, and overtemperature protections, which also enhances life and reliability of the connected LED tubes. The dimmable LED driver can power several LED tubes and make dimming control throughout the fixture.

The T8 LED tubes that operate with the dimmable drivers come in 2ft, 4ft and 5ft lengths. The LED tube housing has an aluminum housing that serves as a heat sink while providing rigidity and strength. A shatterproof frosted polycarbonate diffuser creates a uniform, glare-free light distribution with a wide beam angle of 300°. The high efficacy SMD LEDs with a minimum color rendering index of 80 deliver high quality light with superior lumen maintenance.
