Equipped with a proprietarily engineered optical lens to provide exceptional delivered lumens with glare-free illumination, CECW UFO LED high bays offer superior visual comfort while delivering outstanding photometric performance. The injection-molded lens is precisely indexed to the metal core PCB to ensure consistent optical alignment with the LED arrays which are mounted in an engineered geometrical shape to provide an efficient light output and a uniform light spread. The innovative optical design creates smooth and uniform light emissions with no pixelation and minimal light loss. Highly optimized secondary optics ensure high quality Nichia LEDs to deliver an industry-leading combination of high efficacy and high lumen output with unrivaled light quality. The 240W CECW LED high bay luminaire produces an impressive light output of 36,000 lumens at 150 lumens-per-watt system efficacy, while offering color points and light patterns to address the unique requirements of highlighting the distinctive colors of objects in retail and commercial applications.

CECW LED high bay luminaires features an innovative thermal design to protect the light engine from premature failure and ensure outstanding color consistency in a wide variation of temperature range. The external thermal system consists of a heavy duty die cast aluminum with a robust fin system to provide a superior combination of thermal conduction and air convection. The luminaire's internal thermal management system is engineered around maximizing the thermal conductivity of LED boards and minimizing the length of the thermal path.

CECW LED high bay luminaires utilize high efficiency Mean Well LED drivers to unleash the capabilities of Nichia's high efficacy LEDs. These programmable drivers offer a full range of dimming options, including the stand-alone 1-10V, PWM and resistive dimming controls.

With IP65 ingress protection and TGIC polyester powder coating, CECW LED high bay luminaires are protected against dust, moisture and corrosion. The weatherproof protection and failsafe reliability makes them ideal for hard-to-reach installations.
