The YD-DX-40B LED wall washing lights from Yongdian Illumination are high output linear LED fixtures designed to create high intensity washing, grazing or flood lighting for large-scale, high-brightness architectural and landscape illumination. The robust LED fixture creates a bright wash of light, projecting long distances with precision aiming. The outdoor-rated, submersible light fixture is engineered for consistent light output with outstanding energy efficiency, reliability and quality of light. With single-color or multi-color RGB light control that enables sophisticated bright light output, the professional architectural LED lighting system will create a new perception of architecture at night.

The high output LED wall washer is equipped with 27 high power LED modules that are specifically developed to deliver amazing colors and brightness levels, as well as a high degree of protection against all environmental impacts. These linear light fixtures are available in single color output from monochrome diodes (red, green, blue, yellow, white) and RGB light out which is achieved through mixing and matching individual LED colors. YD-DX-40B produce high-intensity washes of brilliant white light or intelligent colored light in a range of beam angles which include 8°, 10°, 20°, and 30° x 120°. A broad range of color and light distribution customization options enable YD-DX-40B to support a large range of façade or surface illumination applications ranging from illumination of skyscrapers, shopping malls, bridges, hotels, and stadiums to amusement parks and water features.

Core to this durable, high performance LED fixture is YD's innovative engineering that takes product reliability to a whole new level. Conventional outdoor LED fixtures use sealant to achieve a relatively short period of watertight ingress protection and weatherproof protection. Long term exposure to tough climatic environments will inevitably accelerate the deterioration of sealant chemistry. The LED modules incorporated in YD-DX-40B LED fixtures are hermetically sealed using patented secondary packaging technology. With one-piece molded, UV stabilized PVC housing, the completely encapsulated LED modules offer maximum watertight integrity and weatherability, which are impossible with silicone or epoxy potted LED light fixtures.

The high power LED modules feature excellent thermal management by leveraging high thermal conductivity nanomaterials to efficiently remove the heat generated by the LEDs from the semiconductor junction. The PVC housing has high temperature resistance which can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius. Secondary packaging of LED modules using thermally optimized materials eliminate bulky heat dissipation components and allow for minimization of outdoor light fixtures. Unique optics design ensures precisely photometric distributions to maximize utilization in any application.

The waterproof LED modules are removably integrated on the linear wall washing fixture, providing application flexibility and convenience of maintenance. With a simple mounting and connection system, these fixtures can be connected end-to-end or daisy chained using jumper cables. Flexible installation allows these fixtures to create organic flows or seamless light lines that accurately follow the outlines of any architecture.
