The Aplus Cici Series LED downlights offers small aperture 2-inch downlighting with a very small ceiling presence while creating the perfect ambiance personalized to a variety of commercial, retail, and residential applications. The small recessed downlight is built to deliver powerful beams for accent, task and general lighting in new construction, remodel and retrofit projects. The multi-die LED array incorporated in the light engine delivers high efficacy and high flux density with excellent color quality to bring out the beauty of objects and architecture on display. Exceptional luminance, superior quality of light, high system reliability, long operation life and significant energy and maintenance savings allow lighting designers and architects to meet stringent energy codes as well as strict interior lighting performance specifications.

The Cici family consists of 7W and 11W models with a luminous efficacy of up to 108 lumens per watt. The robust LED light engine is powered by Citizen chip-on-board technology. The high density light source produces unmatched quality of light with stable color performance and high color rendering designed specifically to provide a fantastic color experience with natural whites and vibrant colors. A choice of 14°, 25°, 36° and 52°optics enable the creation of extremely uniform beams with the highest punch possible for accent lighting or superbly uniform illumination in the horizontal plane, making this luminaire ideal for an array of applications with varying user requirements. The optical system includes a faceted reflector and diffusing lens that maximize lumen output and create a comfortable visual transition. The deeply recessed trim provides glare cutoff for maximum visual comfort.

Incorporating a thermally optimized aluminum housing that provides added protection for LED components and excellent thermal conductivity, Cici LED downlights are designed for a lifetime of optimal performance. The die cast heat sink provides superior thermal management to optimize lumen maintenance and ensure reliability of the luminaire. The luminaire is equipped with an external LED driver which accepts a universal 100-240VAC input. A constant current driver delivers high power factor (PF) and low total harmonic distortion (THD) through the entire load range. The driver can be dimmed with 1-10V or triac controls.
