Surmountor WS2813 RGB light strips offer an advanced approach to color mixing for a full spectrum of precisely controllable light and allow users to customize color, brightness, speed, and timing of individual nodes. With an external LED controller that provides pre-programmed lighting effects and onboard controls, an array of visual effects, such as chases, fades, scrolls, bursts can be defined.
With 144 WS2813 LED modules in a single row, Surmountor digital LED strips create a uniform line of colorful glow on a flexible ribbon that can be installed in a variety of innovative lighting projects. From the simplest static color accent to the most complex color-changing applications, the light strip packs a powerful punch in a tiny footprint with low cost of ownership, superior reliability and longer life. The WS2813 LED node includes a signal reshaping amplification drive circuit to eliminate waveform degradation and accurately boost signals. An on-chip precision oscillator and programmable constant current control module ensure consistent levels of light output without voltage drop. 2-wire serial data connection prevents catastrophic failures of whole LED strings.
The RGB LED modules are mounted on a 10mm wide flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) which is made of rolled and annealed (RA) copper foils. High ductility, solderability and thermal conductivity of RA copper gives the light strip excellent bending stability, thermal performance and solder joint reliability. Manufactured to tight tolerances throughout every step of production, Surmountor digital LED strips feature consistent luminous efficacy with superior lumen maintenance and chromaticity stability. The light strip runs on low voltage (5VDC) and draws 10 watts per meter.
The flexible LED strip lights are offered in various levels of ingress protection, including IP65, IP67 and IP68 rated products which is silicone coated, silicone sleeved, or encased in a UV, chlorine and sea water resistant PVC sheath.
